HUMAN FACTOR AND HUMAN ERROR
Indonesia is on big 3 which have many people have dead on the road in the world it caused by accident . That accident can caused by two factors , its human factor and human eror. Human factor is discipline that studies human behavior and the physical and psychological relationship with the environment or specific technology can be a product, jobs, services etc. And then human error is the standard deviation of the pre-determined performance, causing a delay due to the difficulties, problems, incidents, and failure. There is examples for human factor : Rider / Driver Drowsiness is when the body is tired, lack of sleep, lack of oxygen, a long journey, and so are the things that usually cause a person who is mengedarai motor vehicles become sleepy. In fact one of the main requirements of a driver is not in a state of drowsiness. Just imagine if a person loses consciousness due to fall asleep while driving a vehicle at high speed. Most likely the person will have a fatal accident, both single crash or accident involving another vehicle. The risk is not just injuries and human life, but also one's freedom can be lost when convicted of driving while drowsy resulting in an accident. And the example for human error is : When the vehicle drove with stout may suddenly experience something causing a traffic accident. Some of the things that used to be the cause of the accident was brake failure, tire burst, severe burning machine, and so forth. Various damage is very dangerous if it occurs at a time when the vehicle is moving at high speed. This is compounded by the conditions existing vehicles that are generally in technology have not been able to fully prevent the occurrence of a fatal accident while the technical damage. Of the accident because the brakes did not work and a tire just the number of victims so much so that sometimes cause concern ourselves. Therefore, each rider must be able to ensure the technical conditions to be driving the vehicle before driving.
